The Morgan State University Jazz Ensemble, under the direction of Mr. Melvin N. Miles, Jr. exemplifies the versatility and breadth of talent that jazz aficionados demand from an ensemble of this size. The 20+ members of the jazz ensemble are accomplished musicians whose skill and dedication to the music afford them the ability to play the music of traditional jazz and big band jazz composers.
